My very old and very heavy freezer went out. Pocatello Electric had a new one in stock and delivered it promptly, right around a holiday. Matt and Kaj went the extra mile getting the old freezer out, which was no easy feat. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I am a long time customer of Pocatello Electric and am a happy customer. I will continue to shop there and support local.

Fantastic place, customer service is top notch. We purchased from them in November after a recommendation from family members. They were very prompt in getting our washer/dryer ordered and very quickly got it installed. We had an issue with the washer (no fault of theirs) and they have been very thorough in helping us with the repair and working with whirlpool. Very pleased with them all the way around.

We purchased a new Whirlpool washer/dryer set from Pocatello Electric on 12/15/2024 to support a local business. The washer has been unreliable almost from the start and has only worked about 9 months out of 13+ months of ownership. It has required multiple repairs, long delays, poor communication, and complete confusion between Pocatello Electric and their repair company. Since 11/18/2025, the washer has been inoperable and locked with a load of laundry trapped inside, likely causing mold. We’ve had to use the laundromat for our family of five. Despite the washer being taken in for repair within the 12-month warranty, Pocatello Electric now refuses to cover the repair because the warranty expired while they had the machine. A loaner washer was only provided after my husband went to the showroom and demanded help. Whirlpool may have sold a faulty washer, but Pocatello Electric’s lack of customer service, follow-through, and accountability is the real issue. Once they had our money, they stopped caring. We will not shop here again.
