I went looking for a washer and I got a washer and dryer. Mrs. Erica was great she gave me a great price for both appliances. I would highly recommend them when looking for new or used appliances. 5 star service from the time I walked in, to the time I left. I was also able to get my washer & dryer delivered the same day it was purchased. I got it hooked up and no more laundromat for me. Thanks to Homes by Afrodita💖

⚠️ all the reviews I’ve heard and seen from others beware before stepping foot in here ⚠️ I bought from them once and never again I even purchased that extended warranty . When we got the washer there was an issue I called right away they had me go thru the warranty. The warranty person is their songs showed up basically called me dumb and left. I called three days to get the owner with no luck. They are def not a good place to go I started this type of business first in this area... I was gathering and ACTUALLY reconditioning appliances during covid. My ex husband, my teen daughter, and myself hand picked, repaired, tested, and delivered EVERY one. Honored every warranty we set.. then this business popped up and essentially "borrowed" my business model... really bothered me for a long time. I don't have a tech anymore and I've moved on from this, but this really makes me sad to hear. On Saturday, I purchased a washer and dryer set. I specifically told the employee that I needed a GAS dryer, and I asked if the washer hoses were included. He assured me the dryer was gas and that all the hoses would be included. We scheduled delivery for Monday at noon, he said he would call when he was on the way. I rearranged my entire day to be home. Noon came and went… no call. I tried calling the store multiple times throughout the day, but no one answered and the voicemail was full. Finally at 4:30 PM, the employee called saying he had mixed me up with another customer and was just leaving the store. I live about 25 mins from the store, he didn’t arrive until after 6 PM. At that point my husband wasn’t home yet and I was taking care of my two young kids, so I didn’t look too closely at the set before he left. When my husband got home, he immediately realized The dryer was NOT gas And None of the hoses were included. My husband called the employee, and he said he would ask the owner and call us back. We never received a call back. We brought the set back to the store unused, undamaged, exactly as their return policy states. The owner refused to take it back and she had a very rude attitude about the entire situation. This happened because their employee gave us incorrect information, and when given the opportunity to make it right, the owner chose not to. Just wanted to share our experience so others can be aware before purchasing there.

I would give zero stars if I could. We purchased a washer and a refrigerator for $600, on the day it eas supposed to be delivered the delivery driver called saying he couldn't find the refrigerator we paid for. After several attempts to contact the owner, she finally called saying she would give us our money back. Then we had to go twice for her to refund our money. Very unprofessional. Will never step foot in this place again

Home by Afrodita is my go-to spot in Loves Park for both new and used appliances. The prices are fair, the selection is solid, and everything is clean and well-kept. The staff is easygoing, helpful, and never pushy. Shopping here is simple and stress-free, and you can tell they stand behind what they sell. Great local place to check out if you need appliances!

This is the 3rd dryer that was brought to me. The first 2 failed working after a very short time. Nobody looked inside it before it was brought to my home. It was also very dirty. I hate leaving a bad review, but they refuse to come, get this dryer, and refund my money. The original dryer I purchased was $350. The sticker on this one is $300.
