Ted's Appliance

Our fridge started making a weird noise and stopped cooling, just in time for all my kids' and grandkids' arrival. Marisa was AMAZING in scheduling an appointment in time for their arrival. Brett arrived on time, fixed everything swiftly, explained everything he did and how much each item cost. The total was much less than expected. All in all, from my first phone call till the end of the repair, was extraordinary service!

I called Teds Appliance later in the day on a Friday and the receptionist was friendly and was able to schedule a tech for Tuesday. Tom called this morning to confirm when he would be out to fix our Kenmore Elite washer. He arrived on time, introduced himself, promptly discovered the issue with the washer and provided a solution. Tom provided an estimate and gained approval for repairs. The repairs was done quickly and he cleaned up very well afterwards. Highly suggest Teds Appliance!!!

What a NIGHTMARE!!! Ted’s appliance was called back in NOVEMBER 2024 for our Washer and Dryer. It took until after the new year for our dryer to be fixed. As for the washing machine, it is still not fixed. Back in December they supposedly ordered parts, but we were then told that parts were ordered for a different person by accident. When the parts finally came, we got two visits from Ted’s appliance. First time, the guy realized he needed two people to do the job, wasting our time. He came back the second time, “fixed” the washing machine, but we continued to have problems. Now we are at two weeks ago, January 22nd. Mind you this machine broke right around Thanksgiving. Maintenance guy comes out says it’s a different part that’s broken and he has to order it. Well, it’s been two weeks since then and I’ve left two voicemails and nothing, no call backs. Moral of the story, call someone else.

Around 4pm 02/04/2025, I had a Teds appliance truck almost run me off the road on 251. The driver was trying to get into the right lane with his left blinker on and was not checking his blind sides. I had to honk at him for like 15 seconds as he attempted to go into my lane twice. As I passed him on his right side I saw he was too busy looking at his phone to pay attention to the road. The driver then jumped across from the far left to merge right going over the double yellows to get onto Forrest hills. Services are probably like their driving, pretty crappy.
