I just got a refrigerator and oven from them!! the employees are amazing!! I got to work with Dave and Nico and they made sure to answer all 100 questions i had and helped me get the most bang for my buck lol!! i would definitely recommend them to anyone!! thank you for helping me get my new appliances for my new house! i cannot wait for them to get delivered to my house!

Stopped by to look at their selection of refrigerators. Nico welcomed us and showed us the various refrigerators they had and explained the process of purchasing a “scratch and dent” appliance. We chose a refrigerator to our liking and saved just over $1000 off of a similar refrigerator in “perfect” condition. Zac and Stephen were our delivery men and they showed up within a 15 minute window of when they said they’d be arriving. The two of them were excellent at their craft, removing our old refrigerator and placing it in our garage then bringing in and installing the new refrigerator. They were both polite and helpful. They removed all of the packaging and explained how our new refrigerator worked while setting it up for us. I highly recommend Appliance Factory - East in Evansville Indiana.

Jacob was excellent at assisting us in the store! Not once was he pushy as he showed us what was available and answered our questions. After an easy purchase process, he took it step by step in getting our delivery and rebates handled. Delivery went just as nicely and the gentlemen were in and out of our home in a snap. Highly recommend!!
