American Freight Furniture & Mattress

I would not recommend this store to anyone. After purchasing the products within months they started to fall apart. On the outside the furniture looked great initially. Fabric inseams and structural parts of the furniture began to break down quickly. The threads started to fray. Several arms of furniture started to fall off and break. Electrical on my bar quit almost immediately. Lamps had to be thrown out after 6 months. End tables started to peel. Overall every piece of furniture that came from this place was not good. The warranty I purchased was not good either. The place that's supposed to honor the warranty makes it so hard for you to submit the information and has to be by a specific format or they deny your claim. Because of the value of the furniture I hired a professional too file the warranty claim after being denied three times. Even with the professional completing the warranty claim I was still denied on the majority of it. The couple of parts that did make it through their claim department when the technician got here to make the furniture repair He could not believe himself that they were not replacing it. Several structural pieces on the inside of the furniture were never installed. Other pieces were installed incorrectly and were missing extensive support hardware. After speaking with management on several occasions to try and address the warranty departments the managers have always shrugged it off like it wasn't their problem and deferred to the warranty division. I would never recommend this store to anybody.
