The customer service was outstanding, and Josh was very knowledgeable, and he made the entire process easy and stress-free. It's great to support a local business that truly cares about its customers. The price was great!!Highly recommend!

Picked up our new washer today. Pricing was very competitive. They have a great variety and selection of home appliances. Josh was efficient, personable, helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I was in market to buy a new fridge. I called Craigville Appliance and found out their new store was just opening in Ft Wayne in matter of minutes. Since this location was closer, I stopped in and unknowingly became their 1st customer. They had great inventory on hand to look at and knowledgeable customer service. They made my decision easy, and I left the store with a purchase along with work order in place for installers to deliver new fridge. Will add, the delivery of the fridge arrived on time as promised and the two installers did a great job getting in and out and explained how to work the new unit. Very pleased with purchase and the service they provided. Would definitely recommend Craigville Appliance to others.
