Been a member of the army since you guys came to Fort Wayne. Always recommending to friends because 75% of the time the quality for the price is amazing. Today I purchased a dumpling and some other things when I got to the parking lot and my daughter opened the dumpling, it was broken and the filling was coming out so I immediately went back into the store stood in line again and asked the lady at the register to just switch it out understanding these are a popular and everyone does want to collect them all I support the no exchanges but not being willing to replace a damaged item is insane to me. Especially after acknowledging u seen me in like thirty second earlier. That same cashier (whose real name is Mary but lied and told me it was Tina must not know they are printed on the receipt) threw the dumpling I had purchased in the trash with an attitude. Careful who u hire Ollie’s. Because there is no reason she should’ve been upset at all. It wasn’t her money that went in the trash nor was it the man behind me that decided to make Ollie’s business right since there was no one above this lady to help. Won’t be returning

I think the store is sort of a treasure hunt because they always have rotating merchandise and if you watch carefully, you can buy things for cheap. There will also be random find such as a Simpsons one up arcade machine that just shows up and if you don’t buy it, it’s gone. I don’t like that. It is sort of messy and the markdowns are sporadic. However, you take the good with the bad.

This was my first time going to Ollie's. It has everything from books, paint, flooring, clothes, bedding, and seasonal items. Pretty cool store. It says everything is cheap here but I saw some high priced items. Like a jump rope was $9.99. Very random items. I really enjoyed their candy selection. Oh and Ollie's face is everywhere. If I never go back I will be okay.
