My family has been dealing with them since the 1990's. We've never had bad service, everything we ordered was always what we wanted and lasted for years. Example: We have a refrigerator in the garage (used to be in the house) that We've had since 1993 and the only issue we had was we had to replace the seal around the frig part... Great service and Great Job!!!!

The sales and service team at Stucky's is always helpful. They also keep excellent records so they know what you ordered, when it was installed, and if it is still under warranty. Our recent service person did an excellent job trouble shooting the problem and made the repair without the need to order parts. Stucky's is the best in the region.

I have done business with Stucky’s on numerous occasions. I’ve always felt comfortable with the sales people and the variety of items to choose from. What I appreciate most is the non pressure interactions with the sales people. I also find the sales people to be very knowledgeable about the products in the store and can be helpful in my decision on which product(s) I buy. In most cases the items I’ve chosen are delivered and installed within a few days. If there is an issue that I’m not completely satisfied with they will rectify the issue.

I bought a dishwasher from Stucky’s about three years ago. One of the main reasons I purchased from them instead of a big box store was because they have their own service department. I even paid a little more for the dishwasher because I assumed the service would be better if anything ever went wrong. Recently a part on the dishwasher broke after freezing and thawing (not their fault). The bigger issue was that the dishwasher was stuck in place and I couldn’t pull it out to access the leak. I explained this when I scheduled service. They sent one technician who tried for maybe five minutes to pull it out and then basically gave up. I ended up getting it out myself with the help of a friend. Since I still didn’t know exactly where the damage was, I had a plumber come out. He quickly identified the specific part on the dishwasher that needed to be replaced. I called Stuckey’s again, explained the situation, told them exactly what part needed replacing, and asked if they could also reinstall the dishwasher. The person on the phone made it sound like they were checking whether they had the part and would likely handle the repair. When the technician showed up, he didn’t have the part and didn’t seem to know any of the details I had already communicated over the phone. On top of that, they quoted me a very high price to replace the part. I ended up getting it fixed elsewhere for far less. Overall, the service department was completely unhelpful and disorganized. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because they didn’t charge me for either service visit. If they had charged me for technicians who were only there a few minutes and didn’t resolve anything, I would have been even more frustrated. In hindsight, I would have been better off buying the appliance cheaper from a big box store and finding my own repair service when needed.

I stopped into Stucky's today after my washing machine went out as my family has been buying appliances from here for years. I read reviews online for a Speed Queen model, and saw Stucky's carried this brand. I was greeted when I entered the store, and was taken right to the model I asked about. After a quick chat and signing my name, I walked out 15 minutes later with a delivery set up for a week from now. I will update my review after delivery and install, but so far a solid 5/5⭐️
