I needed a basic washer and dryer set. Something simple that actually works. The guy was very helpful and informative. I was able to pick out a really good washer and dryer set. The set was delivered to my house the same day. I've had this set for a month and they are working flawlessly. Many units very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Genuinely a mess, hard to contact, they have very poor communication. Didn’t tell me the full total at first and kept adding on charges. I used the website that’s functional and available on Google, with no warnings telling me not to, at first they said they lost my money… They may be cheap, but just spend the extra money somewhere else so you can get better service.

My sister and I purchased a washer/dryer set this week. They delivered it same day and installed as well. There was an issue with one of the knobs on the dryer. When my sister called Henry, he offered to bring a replacement, same model and condition (he texted pictures first). He brought the replacement the very next morning! We are very happy with this service!

I bought a washer machine from them that does not work.. I have to hit the spin cycle twice for the water to drain and it doesn’t even get my clothes clean. When I told them about it they came out to look at it, the guy said that because I was out of my 30 day warranty I would have to pay for it, which was ok but he was supposed to find the part and I haven’t heard from him since. You would think that they would check this stuff out before they sell it or at least try to fix the problem. I definitely do not recommend
