I recently had to schedule diagnostics and service for my new GE Profile oven. The technician, Michael, listened carefully to the details of my issue and was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and walked me through the solution. It is rare to get such prompt, reliable, and friendly service these days. I highly recommend Trustworthy Appliances!

I cannot say enough good things about Trustworthy Appliance. This family-owned business truly lives up to its name. They are honest, dependable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. From the moment you call, you are treated with kindness and respect, and they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. It is rare these days to find a company with this level of integrity, work ethic, and customer service. If you are looking for reliable appliance repair from people who truly know what they are doing, I highly recommend Trustworthy Appliance. I try to fix things around the house on my own, but I couldn't figure out why my clothes would never fully dry. Michael from Trustworthy figured it out no problem and had me up and running in no time. Very professional, excellent price compared to others I called, and he did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. They're now my go to for all things appliance related.

Had them come out to fix my stove after it blew up, turns out the company who installed it. Put the wrong adapter on it for propane and had natural gas instead. Go figure! I won’t name that company but Trustworthy came out and fixed that other companies mistake. Now the cooktop works great and was pretty reasonable on pricing. My next issue with the stove was a recall on the oven side. One of the parts needed replaced and took me a while to get Frigidaire to actually get me appointment again another company slow but Trustworthy came out real quick after I got in and fixed my oven. I would recommend this company to anyone, fast and reliable services even when other companies may not do it properly. Trustworthy will!

They came out promptly, correctly diagnosed the bad drain pump on my dishwasher, and gave clear estimates: pump only, pump + install, or pump + install if I pulled the unit out first. I appreciated the diagnosis and their attempt to work with my recessed setup. I never got the dishwasher fully pulled out ahead of time. The technician helped extract it quickly but then needed the water shut off. I didn't know the exact location (it was in the crawlspace), so he came down with me to check. Once there, he complained about getting dirty and said this wasn't what he was supposed to be doing. He exited the crawlspace frustrated. I called a previous owner to confirm the shutoff, verified the water was off, ran faucets to test, and told him it might take time for residual water to stop. At that point, he declined to proceed with the install. He explained he wasn't making money on the job now, noted they're family-owned and prefer not to leave jobs incomplete, then left me with the new pump but no completed repair. I paid $220 for the service call and part. I installed the pump myself successfully afterward. For that price, I could have bought the part alone and done it from the start. Be cautious if your appliance has tricky access—jobs may not get finished if complications arise beyond standard expectations.
