Went in and told Bert I was looking for a New Fridge as mine was having issues. I told him what was going on with it and he took me to an exact model of my fridge and told me what to do to fix my problem! he could have just sold me a newer fridge, but he told me he didn't want to see me spend money unnecessarily! The advice Bert gave me also fixed my issue!! In the future if I ever need any appliance I will definitely be going to Bert's! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Very helpful, for DIYers. Went in from getting no help from the guys flicking peanuts at ace maytag in mishawaka, to all the help. Bert's had the part that I needed (at a decent price) and even a scrap cover for the bottom of my washer free of charge. It was night and day help, plenty of suggestions and advice.

I am extremely happy with my purchase at Bert's. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and I really didn't think he even looked at it, but he did, and he delivered almost the same washer, but one step up in the series. I waited a while for it, but it was well worth the wait. Very friendly staff and delivery men. Thanks again!

My family has purchased from Berts for years. As soon as I needed a refrigerator I immediately knew who to call. I arrived and was well taken care of. Decided on this beautiful fridge and they went the extra mile to make sure it was working properly, helped me load it up, strap it down, taped the doors for me, and gave me a good laugh. They have a long history of giving back to the community. I will most definitely will be back and highly recommend their services. Thank you.
