Very nice gentleman running the counter. Got units home/installed, dryer squealing very loud upon first cycle. Tried to call several times during business hours as well as stop in; no answer and doors were locked. I wanted to use the warranty I paid extra for! Ended up buying parts and fixing myself next day. Even purchased the most expensive units hoping for no issues. Several missing as well as stripped screws around unit found when performing repairs too. Little disappointed..

Said they were open online...on the door and window. But refused to answer their phone. Or answer the door. And their voicemail is full you can't leave a message. They told us yesterday that it was open today. And when I drove out there. They weren't. Complete waste of gas. They will never get my business or anybody I know business.

If i could leave a Zero star I would. Bought a Kenmore front loader set over the summer. Price was great and we needed a replacement quick. Delivery was one time. So far, so good. First load of laundry, washer was shaking and having issues. Called them immediately to get it picked up. It took them a month and kept blaming it on their driver. Had to stop by weekly and they didnt care. Put it on me to call THEIR driver and get it done. Meanwhile, I'm wasting money at the laundromat. Washer gets picked up and its another few weeks to get it back. Still using the laundromat. I'm finally able to do a full load of laundry and the dryer starts having the same issue. Screw them, I'm calling my own repair guy. 175 dollars to repair that as well. Dont buy from this company.

This is the 2nd time we've been here to purchase appliances. The first time was a microwave for our camper; which was brand new in a box. Today was for a washer, but we ended up buying a set. The store is clean, the appliances are displayed in a way that looks nice and inviting. Was greeted right away, but he was receptive to when we wanted his help and when we wanted to meander and look about. Lots of washer/dryer sets and stoves and refrigerators. I loved getting a cash discount! I've been to a few used appliance stores and this one is clean and this one is clean, well lit and you feel like you're getting a premium experience even though it's 2nd hand. We'll be back in the spring for a refrigerator. Thanks so much for a clean store, good appliances and wonderful service!!

Please do not purchase anything from the place. They are scamming and do awful business. I read the awful reviews online and thought they didn’t apply to me. Boy was I wrong. I purchased a washer/dryer set with a 30 day warranty. Both of these units needed about $300 each of repairs. (I paid $800 for the set) I lucky have a home warranty that replaced and fixed all of this for no out of pocket to me which was much better than paying my plumber to unhook my gas lines and bring it back to the place for the warranty work. I asked Jeremy for his email so I can update him with the issues and he said he doesn’t have a company email, got extremely angry, and hung up on me. I like to discuss through email so there is a chain of everything said so I don’t get burned as it has happened before. Please do not buy from this place. I’ve never wanted a company to go out of business but this guy and place are just awful. They do not inspect the product and if they do it is very minimal. I mean the dryer screeched the first time I turned it on. Like come on. Update*** Whirlpool came out this morning, I was sold a washer with a blown motor.
