Stoneback Appliance

Bought a Washer that turned out to not be what we wanted, rude customer service was directed towards us when we wanted to return it and get a different one. The second washer was the same and not what we wanted. They were very rude both in dropping off the first one: knocking over plants and objects in the house and were confrontational when I called them on knocking things over and tipping plants. The second washer was not what we wanted and just wanted to return it to get something better. When we called about returning the second washer we were met with rudeness and unprofessional conduct, with them just yelling at one of our party saying, WELL DO YOU JUST WANT US TO COME PICK IT UP OR WHAT!? They talked back and talked down to us like we were nothing and knew nothing, they were extremely rude when they realized we were not happy with the sale and would be returning it. They eventually got the point and came to pick up the washer, not bringing our money for return, simply arguing and yelling "I'll get your money back sometime today". I will be addressing this when they bring us our money. Rude in store service, rude customer service, rude delivery. I will never try to purchase anything from this place ever again. Poor service in-store, poor people skills, rude and disrespectful.

Andrew represented Stoneback very well!! He has been to work on the refrigerator, where I live, twice in the last 2 months. Each time he is focused and gets right to work. Andrew completes the job and explains/answers any questions I have. I was impressed with his attention to detail and cleaning up when finished! I highly recommend Stoneback!
