I had an issue with a dryer that I purchased several years ago from Appliance Pro. It was on a Saturday and I messaged the store site and the manager responded quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got the dryer working again properly. Their knowledge about the operation of the dryer was excellent and troubleshooting tips were right on. They provided a great customer experience and would highly recommend them for future appliance purchases.

Bought a sharp dishwasher from them first of January. 3 weeks later gives error code. Appliance pro has sharp call and asked an 88 years old woman to crawl underneath to check connections. Not going to happen. We requested a service call and have had nothing but “will call you back”. Which doesn’t happen. The authorized sharp repair center, BR out of Berea will not respond either after multiple messages. We have used AP Pro many years and certainly did not expect this lack of service, or at least help getting it. Beware if you need after sales service.

We’re gradually replacing the 17+ year old appliances in our kitchen, and Appliance Pro continues to be our supplier of choice. Today they installed a new Cafe dishwasher, and we are thrilled with the performance and the look of the new unit. John was our installer, and he was professional, courteous, and took extra care treating our home like his own. If you need any appliance you will do well to see their showroom and talk to the sales people before you buy. Thanks Appliance Pro!

After visiting one of the leading appliance stores in Lexington a few times looking for all new kitchen appliances for our new home. I decided to check out other stores I just was not comfortable with the sales staff and the ever changing pricing and what was good or not good. Being Costco members I also looked at their service as we had purchased our last refrigerator there but was not happy with the delivery service they sublet it to. In the end after three visits at Appliance Pro and working with Jon Morgan we went with the Cafe appliance set for our home. We could not be more pleased with the service, install and follow up responses. Was everything perfect, no but it was quickly responded to or corrected. The Cafe duel fuel stove we selected has been great along with the other appliances we chose and the pricing even beat Costco. The only way to go wrong with Appliance Pro, is not checking them before you buy!
