C Worth Superstore

I have been shopping here since I took over my restaurant about 3 years ago. They were/are overpriced, but they are local so I wanted to use them as much as I could and to top it off they’re extremely nice people. Today I was charged 17 $ to use a DEBIT card, not credit. Disappointing nonetheless. I have other options, but just a heads up for anyone who may not using a card.

I have never been treated in business like these people treated me today. First they lied about having used equipment inventory matching my needs to cause me to drive an hour and a half to them. Then I got approved for their leasing company who they acted like they didnt trust. I offered to pay for the equipment and they could refund me when they got the leasing money and they refused that too. Why do you advertise a leasing company if you are going to act like it's an inconvenience to accept approved financing. Never again will I be in their business. Id rather drive to Louisville than to be treated so poorly.

This store is exclusively where I go to stock a kitchen with exactly what I need. Sonnet & Donna are the best, two fantastic people to work beside. Very knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing as well. Don't miss out on the clearance section either, there's always a hidden gem or two back there. Thank you all for all your help and professionalism.

We own a large daycare, our commercial freezer had went out, we couldn't find a technician to fix it, we went to C Worth and worked with Sonnet ( her name). She went above and beyond to help us, we ended up instead of buying another big one, we bought two smaller ones that equal the square footage, and seen a double sliding glass door refrigerator, 49 square feet i believe, that gives us more room for storage and not so crowded. I would highly recommend if your looking for commercial appliances. Our appliances were at our business a half hour after we got back, they went way out of their way.
