Newby's Furniture & Appliance

We went there just to browse. We were looking for a table and chairs and sofa and loveseat to match. We found all 3 items we needed and actually took the table and chairs home that day right off the floor. This was on Friday and the Sofa and loveseat are being delivered tomorrow Tuesday. The staff was very attentive and helpful and very professional. Plus we got all of our items at a very reasonable price. I will definitely return there to buy more furniture when needed.

We purchased a couch and 2 recliners about a year and half ago. Last week we had an issue with the electric recliner failing to work. We stopped by the store and told them. Immediately they reordered another motor and in less than a week the new part was there and they promptly came to our house (in the rain) and put it in. The recliner is as good as new. These people are so nice and work hard to take care of the people in our city. I’m so glad we decided to purchase local! These are the people that live here and know each other. We need to them to support them. Thank you so much for taking care of us and standing behind what you sell!!!! You have earned our future business and our referrals to our friends and family!

I have been checking prices for months on adjustable bed base and mattresses. I went to a couple of furniture stores checking out temper pedic mattresses before I went to Newby’s Furniture. Once I went to Newby’s and laid on a Nector Premeir Hybrid mattress I was sold. After laying on several temper pedic mattresses at the other stores and then laying on the Nector I immediately told my husband I cannot tell the difference between the Nector and the temper pedic. Nector was 1/2 the price compared to the temper pedic. I have got to say best experience ever from staff inside the store that educated us about our new mattress and base to the delivery guys. They all were awesome and I will definitely do business with them in the future.
