Ollie's Bargain Outlet

Service today was nice. Our cashier was very friendly and helpful. Kike was kind enough to help me with my Ollie's card and get it fixed. The store however is really lacking. Granted if you have been to an Ollie's store you know not to expect it to be perfect. However, from the beginning it was one massive mess after another. Aisles would be blocked by things just left by employees. The food aisle was a disaster and items were disorganized or just shoved onto shelves. The book aisle was a joke, if it wasn't on the floor then it was tossed onto a pile. There were unloading items blocking several aisles. This being said it doesn't surprise me at this point because I didn't see any other employees at all. If you are patient and have a recent tetanus shot you can find good deals still. Best of luck.

I'm a regular but sorely disappointed they put locks on the bathrooms recently. You have to ask for a key. I reached out to them about it and not sure whether they have done anything. Staff is almost always lacking professionalism, answering phones like they don't really want to be talking to you. Prices are great though so I keep going.

March 8th 2026, about 1:20 I drove forty five minutes to come to this store. I was looking at rugs , and I was stopped by a male employee and told to flip the rugs back down when I was done looking at them. I told him that I was not at work, and that wasn't my job, and he said that it would save him from having to come behind me and do it and if I wasn't going to do it that he was going to throw me out of the store. I told him that I would leave on my own and that I was reporting him. He said to make sure that I got his name right. He said it was shannon and I asked him if it was shannon with two N's , and he said , yes. I expect to hear from management or corporate about this man. He has no business working with the public with an attitude like that and making threats! I literally want him fired. I just called after finishing posting this and spoke to darius , the manager and told him what is going on and that I wanted that guy fired and he laughed and said more than once that they weren't going to fire him. Corporate, sounds like you need to fire shannon and darrius.
