I bought a blaze grill and vent hood. The grill regulator was faulty and the grill burned way too hot. After I paid a plumber to install an additional, unnecessary gas regulator & gauge, they replaced the regulator. Didn’t send any other new grill parts even though I requested this. The high heat burned up the motors on the vent hood. Blaze did not honor the warranty. Now I have to replace the vent hood. Painful and disappointing.

We bought all of our backyard patio grill experience items from BBQ guys 3 years ago. We have been very pleased with the help with selecting, prices and install. Today, I called about replacing burners on my Blaze Grill. Crystal (5 star) spoke to me professionally and with great knowledge of all the products. Crystal told me that the Blaze parts I needed had a lifetime warranty. She helped me prepare for what forms I need to complete for Blaze. Crystal is excellent!

We purchased a $7000 grill from them nearly 2 years ago and this June at our lodge the grill stopped working. It is within full warranty and we paid an extended warranty and made numerous calls to Fischer Piechel with minimal response and then to BBQ Guys stating a representative would fix this, we are entering near Labor Day without service scheduled or identified in the near future

I worked with Trey Ford from BBQ Guys on a commercial grill for a high-rise terrace in Columbus. Trey was first to respond to my inquiry online! He has been extremely helpful for adding items to our cart, that I could not otherwise find on the site. Without his response time and ability to work with us, I am not too sure if we would have ended up working with BBQ Guys! For example, we needed a gas timer (as the grill is for multi-family use), and he was able to quote us out and work with us. We look forward to the arrival of the new grill!

The best selection of high end grills I have seen anywhere. Don’t expect any significant price reductions looks like everything is MSRP despite the apparent discounts. I ordered the blaze four burner grill. I could not be happier with my purchase. This is a fantastic grill pricey but I shouldn’t have to buy another grill for a long time. The grill gets plenty hot enough to where you don’t even need the searing unit. Using my previous rotisserie from my last grill and smoker box work just fine.
