BEWARE: I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of product from BBQ Guys, but I promise you I will not in the future. Recently my wife purchased an outdoor pizza oven, which we went to return. Mind you, it never came out of the box. The sales team spent a considerable amount of time answering questions, but as soon as we went to return the item, all the customer service goodwill stopped. Not only do we need to pay to ship it back, but we are having to pay the initial shipping fee as well. This isn't the first time I have had issues with their customer service, but it certainly will be the last! Good luck if you buy from them and need customer service!

I am shocked by some of the reviews because our experience with the BBQ Guys has been incredibly fabulous! We purchased a Victory grill 4 1/2 years ago and my husband has loved it. Earlier this week he contacted them because he needed to get some replacement parts. Replacement parts were unavailable in the same day that he contacted them, the customer service rep offered a refund or a replacement new grill of the same product. We opted for replacement grill because my husband loves this grill! The grill was shipped the very next day and one day after that we received it. How can you get better customer service than this? I’ll tell you how… You cannot. The grill and the company have been nothing but amazing. Our customer service rep was perfect! Thank you so much BBQ Guys!

Awesome place for grilling enthusiasts 🔥🍖. The showroom was clean, modern, and packed with a huge selection of grills, smokers, and outdoor cooking equipment. Staff seemed knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about BBQ, which made the whole experience feel more helpful and less sales-focused. Definitely a great spot whether you’re upgrading your backyard setup or just browsing accessories and cooking gear. The layout was easy to walk through and there were plenty of high-end options to check out.

I spent roughly $25,000 with BBQ Guys on a high-end outdoor kitchen setup, including DCS appliances. Unfortunately, one of the ceiling heaters arrived missing a critical gas orifice, making it completely inoperable from day one. What’s most frustrating is not just the defect—but how BBQ Guys handled it. Instead of standing behind the products they sold, they immediately pushed me off to the manufacturer (Fisher & Paykel/DCS). From there, I was sent on a runaround—tracking down model numbers, calling service techs, and dealing with people who can’t even get the part or provide a timeline. Let’s be clear: BBQ Guys took my money. This should not become my problem to solve. We are now up against a deadline trying to list our home, and a brand-new “premium” heater still doesn’t work. No ownership, no urgency, just deflection. At this price point, I expected service to match the product. Instead, I got a headache. If you’re considering buying from BBQ Guys, just understand—once they have your payment, you may be on your own if something goes wrong.

No Overnight Parking. Loves & Pilot 10 miles away. One9 12 miles away. Hours Of Operation: 7am-2pm The turn into this place is from the main road. I arrived at 10pm for my 7am-12:30pm appointment next day. I parked at the gate and called it a night. 2:45am, a worker knocked on my door for me to come inside facility and wait for place to open. 7:00am, I walked up the stairs near dock and walked inside to the office to check in. Showed me where to back for my dock, office worker came and cut the bolt seal tag on trailer. Opened trailer doors, slide tandems to rear is optional, and backed into door. 8am, office worker came and handed me back my bills and that I’m unloaded. I was out. VERY FAST!! Simple, easy in and out process.
