Great family owned business and very honest about their appliances. They have very good reliable appliances. Brought a refrigerator when i was pregnant with my son, guess what my son will be 18 years old and our refrigerator is still going strong! Also brought a used washing machine after my new machine went out. After 3 years it still washes like a pro. I’ll be needing a stove real soon and will definitely pay budget appliance another visit. 😁

In 2015 I bought a washer and dryer from them, Maytag brand, in amazing condition, and they're still running like brand new today. The price was only $500 for both of them together, which I consider to be a great deal, especially since I work in construction and have put these machines through hell. The customer service was extremely friendly and personable and any time I need a new appliance they are the first place that ces to mind. I highly recommend them!

This place is excellent! Their customer service is unmatched in the industry. I bought a dryer here and had the thermostat go out about 2 months after. I brought it back up there and they repaired it at no cost, under warranty, even though I didn't have the receipt or warranty paperwork with me. The date I purchased it was written on the back of the unit, so they acknowledged that it was still under warranty. You don't see that kind of service any more. Good Job!!!
