Had my older but high end Sony smart tv repaired there. I was happy until I got it home. The part replaced worked but WiFi didn’t work anymore. 2weeks later the part they replaced went back out. Brought it back in, it’s still there , I guess .it’s been 6 months. I was calling about it but they say there waiting on parts for the WiFi. I guess it lives there now.

We got our washers and dryers from ST&A. They have worked wonderful for years until they didnt. We had a problem, they came out the next day on time. It was a minor repair, they fixed it quickly, and at no cost to us. We’ve also purchased three air conditioners, our stove and refrigerator from them. They have all been quality appliances and they have given us a great service for them. Highly recommend!

Horrible company. They don't finish the job, they don't pick up the phone, and if you do manage to get a hold of them, they're rude and full of excuses. Elvis looked at my refrigerator, said they had to order the part, and he would be back after the holidays to finish. That was around December of 2024. They have not returned as of yet.

I wish I didn’t have to place any stars as this company does NOT deserve it. They are highly unprofessional and unwilling to help. I never post a review but felt it was necessary in this case. This is the second time I have had to use this company for my home appliances and each time there was no resolution with my issue. When I contacted the business to notify them the issue was not resolved, I was given an excuse as to why the technician was unable to make it and promised a call back. I have yet to receive a call back or any follow up assistance. When I called to speak with someone to find out why a follow up call was never made out to me, the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and asked why I was calling and was told we have no business and he will not argue with me. All I wanted was answers and a resolution but instead received one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in my life. I should have known I would receive this type of experience after the first time. Use this company at your own risk!!
