Went to Stanton looking for a washer machine got there close to closing time and I don't know the ladies name but she was so patient and friendly and helpful got a great deal on a ding and dent washer and she took time to tell me about warranty and how to use and service machine very great place to shop will get all my appliances from here!!!!!!

Called them looking for a part. My drier was not drying my clothes, I called asking how much for heat element. They were honest and didn't sell me parts I did not need. Gave me advice what to check and saved me money. Also needed a lint screen for drier and they had it in stock very reasonably priced. There are still good honest people out there! Thanks for the polite response to my questions made me feel like I was a valued customer. I appreciate the honesty they could have sold me anything and not fixed the problem. They will not rip you off with over priced parts. I called around to other shops that did not have the part in stock and were 20 to 30 dollars higher for same part plus they wanted shipping .
