Please offer Jeremy Hutto a raise. His service was efficient and our Dryer heating element required replacement under the Maytag warranty. He got the work done in minutes. We have been without a dryer for weeks and are very appreciative of his services. The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you. According to whirlpool Friday 13, 2026 after 1 C&C repair would be here for my washer repair. Good thing I called c&c because they claimed to know nothing about it. I call whirlpool back and they find where C &C declined the repair. Would have been nice to have been notified. Or for C&C to be truthful when I called. Do not recommend doing business with these people. After declining twice! The woman told me second time they were not coming up here. They gonna call me this morning lol. This is no way to do business !

We purchased a freezer in September 2025 from C&C Appliances in Lake Charles and it stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. Service person came out and said he would order part. Came two weeks later with the part and said it was fixed. It was not and I called to let them know that afternoon and they said give it overnight to cool. High temp alarm constantly went off and no cooling. Called C&C that day and was told they had to order another part. Here we are another 2 weeks later and nothing. Called them again today and she could not give me an ETA on the part. In the meantime our frozen goods are being housed in 4 different freezers at my neighbors’ and my son. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I asked to return it for a new one and was told that can only happen in the first 7 days after purchase. I also purchased the extended 5 year warranty. My next recourse is to speak to the owner or manager. Kristy, the service manager called me today and apologized for the problems that we were having. Unfortunately these things happen is what she said and she wanted to make it right for us. After speaking with someone on her end, they will replace my freezer as they have one in stock. It will be delivered tomorrow. She went above and beyond and was very nice and professional. Thank you Kristy. I appreciate your help.
