Downeast Home Appliance Center

I was recently in the market for a new gas stove. A friend had recommended Downeast Appliance Center because of a positive experience with purchasing a dishwasher. I stopped in and spoke with Isaac who is very knowledgeable about their merchandise. I got lots of information and no pressure. After buying the stove arrangements were made to have it installed by a gas technician. It was delivered and installed and my old stove taken away. It went very smoothly and I am pleased with my purchase. In the future when I need an appliance I know I won't have to shop around, I'll just go to DownEast! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Downeast! After purchasing and moving into a new (to us) home in January, the fridge stopped working. Dan from Downeast came and replaced a part. Unfortunately, that did not solve the issue, but when I called back, they let me know that they guarantee their work, and Dan came back out, at no additional cost to me, and did a little more work on it. Now my fridge has been working perfectly. I'm appreciative of their commitment to fixing the issue and am so happy to have a working fridge!

The liquid propane range in our home had a leak and it was red tagged, we were desperate to have a new one so we could cook beyond microwave meals. Downeast had a good selection and one we liked. Of course we also went to the big box chains and they offered the model we liked as well and for $100 less BUT these big box stores could not hook up the new range to our propane supply and we would have had to call our propane company back for an additional charge of nearly $400. Also Downeast could get us the range two weeks faster. Easy decision! They got us cooking again and hauled away our old hunk of junk
