I bought a brand-new refrigerator from this company in March, and by September it was completely dead. For an appliance that should last years, this is unacceptable. Even worse, when I contacted the merchant, they refused to stand behind the product or offer any real help. I was left with a worthless appliance and no support. Selling junk that fails in less than six months and then ignoring the customer shows exactly how little they care about quality or service. I strongly recommend avoiding this business — save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

They're nice when you walk in. They delivered next day. The product was supposed to be new. 6 months warranty. It completely stopped working after 6.5 months. After that you're on your own. Service appointments that no one shows up for. Calls that go straight to voicemail. Or the lady who was so nice says she'll have the owner call you and he doesn't because it's no longer his problem.

Bought a refrigerator from them on Monday. Delivered on Tuesday. Freezer not working. Ended up throwing away $200 worth of frozen foods. Called at 4pm today and was told a technician would call me back asap. But haven't heard from them yet (it's now 8pm). Highly disappointed. Would not recommend this company.

I have purchased several appliances from this establishment for myself, rental property and family members. I was really pleased until my last encounter. We(my daughter and I) purchased a dryer after plugging it up on Friday, we tested it out with 5 garments to dry. The dryer was making some loud noise and it took 2 cycles to dry 5 garments. We called the store back and request for a replacement. They were supposed to deliver the replacement on Monday. Monday at 3:00pm, I technician called and said he was 5 minutes away from my residence. As of today, which is Tuesday we still do not have a REPLACEMENT so I stopped into the store. According to them, they came and REPAIRED the dryer yesterday. I have cameras on the outside of my house...front and back they did not come to my house to repair anything and that was not the agreement. They were supposed to REPLACE IT. Very disappointed with this company and they lost a good customer.
