A AND M APPLIANCES (BELAIR RD)

This is our FAVORITE go-to appliance store. We love this place because they have excellent prices on new, but slightly dented or scratched appliances. (They also have hard to find colors like bisque, which was very important to us at one time several years ago). We purchased 3 major appliances from them over the years when they were in a different location. We were so pleased to find them in their new location. Today, after a quick phone call and a text message from Julio showing us what they had available, we found the exact washing machine-dryer combo we were looking for. So make that 4 great appliances from A & M to date. Who cares about a scratch on the side of a perfectly new appliance? Not us. Julio is wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you are on a fixed income and fed up with the ever increasing prices for EVERYTHING these days, be sure to check them out. The prices and selection of products are AMAZING. We are sure you will find what you are looking for at a great price.

Highly, highly recommended! I had an outstanding experience thanks to Katie. From the moment I started working with her, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. Disappointing experience. When I first walked in, an employee sat in the office, looked me up and down from the office and barely spoke. Eventually a sales associate did come out to greet me, but she was very unknowledgeable and couldn’t properly answer basic questions or guide the purchase. Customer service is everything, and at these prices, the service should match. The store is also extremely overpriced compared to other appliance stores. Never judge a book by its cover — we are investors and serious buyers. This store lost real business today!!!I will not return AND will tell my fellow investors and I DON’T recommend!!!!!

This location is closed, they moved to belair road. The lady said they had signs posted for 2 weeks. I said Ms. I don't live in the area. No commercial no announcements, radio or television. I purchased a washer dryer combo black. The lady told me to was the Wilkins ave location, so paid and left. Delivery the next day.Something told me to go to Wilkins Ave location. Guess what they did not have it nor did they talk to the lady at the belair rd location. I called the lady at belair rd. And she said. I didn't think you would go there. WHATTT!!!. Then the lady said. I called the security mall location. So I went there. What do you think happened, same thing not only did she not talk to them but they were a different appliance company. I canceled the order on the spot. I felt scammed be careful people
