Late posting because I've been so busy but I want to give a shout out because I know reviews help me decide if I'm going to use a company or help decide if I will purchase from somewhere. I bought a dryer from here and it was delivered and set up exactly as discussed. I didn't use it right away but when I did go to use it, it wouldn't come on. I called and Wayne sent the repair guys right out. They came and checked things out and again, when I went to use it, it didn't start. I again called the next day and Wayne spoke with his guys and called me back and said he was sending out a replacement the next day. Happy to report, everything is right again in the drying world of my life. I just wanted to give them two thumbs us from the initial purchase and every step of the way for making things right with the purchase. Everyone was easy to work with start to finish. Thank you Ace Appliance and I would recommend them to anyone in need of an appliance.

Wish I could give a 0 star bought a dryer lasted 3 days tried to say was a power issue in the house bought a brand new dryer works fine. Owner has no people skills at all even wanted to get aggressive when wanted refund. Tech changed his story once he got in front of owner which shows even employees scared to be up front with him. Suggest if want good customer service and reliable appliances bypass this place not worth it. Mr Wayne hope we run in again somewhere where I'm not out numbered outcome will be different....wish I would have read reviews first wow what a joke this place is...
