The delivery people were very courteous. They unhinged a door that'd block the way to bring a unit inside and then put it back up and never once hit a wall although the hall and stairs were thin. They caught a corroded hookup cord I had and offered a replacement for such ($20 for) and they were extremely fast. The person at the store I spoke to over the phone was also respectful and kept me with updates when asked for. If I had to get another appliance, I would definitely order from them again!
