Big Saving Appliance

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Big Saving Appliance. They responded quickly over a holiday weekend, which was a huge help when I needed appliances on short notice. They took the time to give me multiple options, worked hard to stay within my budget, and never tried to upsell me into something I didn't need. What really stood out was that they met with me in person, took a look at what I was working with, and helped mix and match appliances to find the best combination for my needs and budget. The customer service was honest, knowledgeable, and focused on finding a solution rather than just making a sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliances, fair pricing, and personalized service.

Was able to grab a stacked washer + dryer with barely a dent (the dent was in the back of the appliance) for a really good deal. The woman running the counter was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and helped us get it into the back of the truck. Hopefully I don't need any appliances anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be coming back here.

Went in for a dryer. Originally thought that I would be purchasing a used appliance however the business only sells scratch and dent. Process was fast and smooth. I would say that I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The appliance was delivered same day. I purchased haul away and to my surprise the old dryer would not fit through the door. The delivery guys took the door off and switched out the dryer in about 25 minutes. I typically order from big box stores but this process was smooth that I would definitely use them again.

Joe at Big Saving Appliance was a lifesaver today! This morning I woke up to a broken refrigerator and after several issues with it over time, I knew we just needed to get a new one. With some quick research into reliable refrigerator models, I was nervous about the upfront cost. I called Big Saving Appliance because the website showed new models of the exact ones I wanted for several hundred dollars less than the big box stores. I love a good deal and I love supporting a local business. Joe answered the phone quickly, he answered my questions about same day delivery and installment, as well as removal of old refrigerators, with kindness. His delivery prices were extremely reasonable and within an hour we were in the store and he was helping us select our new refrigerator. He did not try to upsell us or convince us we wanted something different than what we came in there looking for. He was prepared with a tape measure to help us compare our current fridge size to the new one, and did all the paperwork in a jiffy. He was even patient with our inquisitive nine year old that was feeling a little restless in the store. All in all, I highly recommend Big Saving Appliance to anyone looking for appliances in the Baltimore area. I can't say I look forward to needing another new appliance anytime soon, but I now know when that day comes again and we have to replace one past its time- Joe will be the first person we call!
