Bowman Appliances went above and beyond. I called Chris in the afternoon about a defective washer we had. Chris contacted a tech who came out in less than an hour. Bill and his helper (I didn't get his name) were professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the issue correctly the first time. I very much appreciate the service and interaction I received. Price wasn't too bad considering they saved me thousands on buying a new washer. Thanks very much Bowman Appliances!
