Just walked in because there was a dryer for sale outside and the lady sitting behind the counter said nothing was for sale. All while having a store full of stuff and the dryer outside with a sale sign on it. Waste of a 2 hr drive Update: Replying to the owner In response to the owner I’m so glad you responded, I didn’t walk around your store I went right up to the counter and asked for assistance because I was new. I live in Washington DC near VA so during rush hour it’s a 2 hour drive. I got referred by one of your customers which is also my only reason for making the drive. And also why would I ask them for a dryer when I need a wash machine, I stated that I seen the dryer outside and that was the reason for me coming in. I asked your associate about a washer for a reason go argue with someone else because you are not about to sit up here and lie. And if I’m still lying I can come back up there and we can have this discussion in person ? Because to say “Nothing is for sale” when a dryer sitting outside has “a for sale sign on it”. You don’t speak English either huh

I’ve got two dryers in two months and they both don’t work. I just want it gone. Can’t seem to get them to come take it out. Not asking for a refund or replacement simply wanted it gone. They informed me to tell someone else to pick it up. Worst place ever. Don’t waste your money they sell broken appliances. As I stated I did not want a replacement or it fixed I only wanted it picked up. It’s not like I asked for anything more other than you take it back and I just take a loss. I’m aware things break but when two happen back to back and that point I just wanted to buy new. I didn’t argue or yell or requests any refunds just for you to come and pick it up so I could go pick a new one up and that be gone.

Don’t waste your time this places hours are never correct. I called this morning and said I would be there at 3 pm was told they are open to 6pm so no problem. Only to arrive seeing lady leaving store saying they are closed until tomorrow. I told her I called and you said you was open til 6 and she just smirked and got in car and left. Wasted an hour driving here for nothing. Apparently they don’t want my business. I was ready to purchase 3 rental properties worth of appliances cash in hand. I’ll go elsewhere now.
