6 months ago, I bought a dryer that Edixon told me was “brand new” with dents for my rental. What got delivered was a dirty, used dryer that not only had dents but terribly damaged door and missing parts! See the picture of the door of the dryer that he sold to me as "brand new" for $680. My tenant didn’t tell me anything because he just thought I got a used dryer for him and I guess he didn’t want to seem like he was complaining. When I visited the property for the first time recently and noticed the awful condition of the dryer, I confronted my tenant because I thought he damaged it. He said it was delivered that way and said the installer told him it was “refurbished” ! I was livid and sent Edixon an email requesting that he take it back for a refund or at least replace the door and the missing condenser to make it right. I haven’t heard from him yet but am hoping that he will make this right.

Had a great experience with this company! I bought a washer and dryer here. They had a great selection, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and awesome prices. They delivered and installed my new appliances very quickly and they work great!! I recommended this company to my mother as well, who was also very pleased with their services. I will be coming back whenever I need to replace any appliances. I highly recommend Harford Appliances!

Bought a washer and dryer was told they were new just scratch and dented as it looked from the outside. After a couple months of having it I started to notice things on it and looked further into things and could tell this was actually a used washer mold everywhere. It’s past my 3 month warranty I was given so now I’m out the money. I have bought scratch and dented in the past and the reviews on this place looked great but now I regret going to this place paid 800$ for the set and still regret now doing it. I feel massively scammed.
