I bought a Samsung refrigerator and LG washer and dryer set from these guys. Great prices, but refrigerator never worked properly and the washer smelled funny when the door was opened and the lint tray in the dryer was ripped and ragged. I'm not buying anything else here. I initially thought everything was great but its not.

I bought a fridge about a yr ago. Prices are GREAT!!! EVERYONE from this business was AMAZING!!! They ALL are extremely nice and professional. I looked at the negative reviews prior to posting this and it kinda upset me because the ones I read seems to be the fault of the buyer not the business but unfortunately people never want to except when they’re at fault. As i figured out I was at fault after the owner had to switch my fridge a couple times due to ice machine issues and I STILL feel horrible because it was “ME” fault because “I” should have changed my water supply line that I hadn’t used for a few yrs. And I live appr. 40mins from the warehouse and they delivered every each time and did it with a smile. As I post this I’m in communication with owner to purchase a stove for my elderly mother that I promised I’d do when she remodeled her kitchen. I’m a customer for life and will always recommend them. We have to help our small business owners. The commercial/franchises try to push them out.

I was looking for a counter depth refrigerator and I found this beautiful unbelievable deal. I saw it on Offer Up of all places! Unfortunately it was to large for my kitchen. However the the gentleman was so helpful and even worked with me trying his very best to assist me with the small space, ice maker refrigerator request. Finding a store with this level of customer service is rare. I will refer my friends and keep J and CJ Group Appliances in mind for future purchases.

This place is great. I found the gas dryer I had been looking for at an unbelievable price. The installation and delivery fee was super reasonable. Jesus is incredibly accommodating and helpful. He communicated with me from beginning to end and even after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely return here when I need to purchase other appliances. Highly recommended!!
