Do not buy from here it’s a waste of your time And money. They only give you a 4 month warranty. I haven’t even had my washer a year and for me to call a professional out to come look at it because they never got back to me. He told me I am better off purchasing a new washer because to fix it would be just as much. I told him where I brought it and he told me that’s why they gave me a 4 month warranty because they know it will not last. Anything pass 4 months they are no longer responsible for. Please don’t purchase here.

Nothing but good experiences with Miguel and the staff at Liberty. I've purchased several appliances here for my rental properties. Always easy to work with and delivery is usually the next day when I opt for delivery. I've also picked up my appliances and they help me load it into my van. What really sets them apart is when it comes down to servicing the machines. I've purchased appliances at other vendors and if something goes wrong the turnaround time to get someone to take a look at it is weeks or you can't get them on the phone. Not the case at Liberty. Had a tenant clog the dryer they came 2 days later and repaired the issue and showed the tenant how to avoid it happening again

Will never buy form them again! Initially, I was happy with my purchase on Oct 2020 of a “new” Frigidaire side by side- great deal! I sent many people there. I even went back for a washer n dryer this year! Then…. not even 2 years later, the fridge is dead….so, with no help from the owner (6 months warranty was up) I gave them another shot and purchased another “new” $1300 Frigidaire French door fridge…it arrived Appearing to be new, with all of the drawers and shelves wrapped on the inside… But It had obviously been used ….there was yellow stuff inside of the freezer and the refrigerator… One of the drawers was cracked and a shelf was missing. Where I was well aware that I purchased the item scratch and dent with the visible marks on the outside of the item, I was not prepared to have the inside look like it had been used! I contacted location and spoke to the nice young lady who typically waits on me, and she said that she would show my photos to the owner…..I have not heard back …..I also found a place in Lutherville who has the same fridge for $900- a one year warranty…, and probably better customer service.

I was in the market for a used washer for our business which details cars. We just wash rags and towels. Liberty Appliance had a good selection of used washers at a reasonable price. They helped unload our old washer for disposal and loaded our purchased washer. Very quick transaction. Friendly service with very convenient hours. Used washer has worked well.

I stopped in Saturday looking for a new washer and dryer, the store had a lot of good options in all price ranges. The man working was very helpful with all my questions. I made a purchase that day and they were able to deliver, install, and remove my old appliances by Monday. I had an issue with the washing machine after the installation and they had someone come out and fix it within 2 hours. Very happy with my experience.
