Ok this place is great. I think I wrote a review last year. We bought a washer and dryer set last year from here and had no issues with it. Come our 1 year, I started having issues with the washer not finishing loads and the husband tried to fix it. We Should have just gave them a call but we were just caught up and we finally called them to ask if we could bring it in to get checked. Such helpful people and really great feedback on what to do or check things if something goes wrong. We will definitely remember to call them again if we need maintenance. And we would happily buy from them again and will continue supporting them. They were so kind and we value the help and commitment they put into helping us.

I have used Liberty several times and it has been a great experience each time. The showroom is well stocked, clean and orderly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery people are pleasant and carful When I did have a problem with a refrigerator, a repair person immediately came out, diagnosed the problem and it was quickly repaired. This week I went to several other used appliance stores in the Baltimore area and when I went back to Liberty, I realized just how together they are. I highly recommend them
