We were interested in a particular mattress, and this was the only store in the Baltimore area that had it. The store is not much to look at from the outside, or even in the inside. But they had a wide selection of mattresses, and we were able to test all of them to be sure that we picked one we wanted. Purchase was easy. Delivery was on time, very reasonable, and they took away our old mattress. Would definitely buy a mattress here again.

She answered all of my questions about Helix brand options via their text option (after hours at that), again in-store when I visited, and made the purchase process so easy once I made my decision a few days later. The pricing was so competitive. I love supporting local, small businesses and am so glad I found a company that really provides excellent customer service. I’ll be referring friends for sure! I wish I had found this business years ago!!
