Absolutely, horrible. Sell you broken appliances and then want to charge you money for them to come. Fix it or you have to remove the appliance and bring it back to their store and wait a couple of days. They don't do good business. I do not suggest anyone to shop here. Absolutely, horrible customer service. After they get your money, they don't want to deal with you unless you bend over backwards.

This place refused to fix the stackable washer and dryer we bought from them, literally a day after purchase. Instead, they kept trying to exchange for a different unit that looked like it had been through a World War. Finally we hired a different appliance repair shop that showed us their was a missing access hatch cover missing inside the dryer that was causing all the problems. We also learned, the unit we purchased was Frankenstein together using multiple machines. **I would not buy from them again
