The owner of this store - Carlos - is dismissive to customers. (Taking phone calls on his mobile in the middle of showing appliances and watching videos on his phone instead of helping customers). He’s rude and seemingly angry when you ask questions about the appliances he is selling. Prices are not apparent and it really does feel like he’s making them up when you ask. Everything just feels a little “off” about this place unfortunately.

I would have like to write something positive about this company after all they have good selection at a very good prices. However, I was scammed by this vendor. I paid over a $1,000 for appliances that he promised to hold for me. But when I went their to make arrangements to have the items delivered - he reported that someone had come to pick the items up and accused me of trying to scam him. I had given him a name of a person who I thought could pick up the items - but later decided it was best to have them delivered. I never sent anyone to pick up the items and he did not have any proof of who and when the items were picked. I believe it was just a scam and now I have to sue him for my money.

If I could give this company negative stars I would certainly do so. The owner of the company is unbearably rude beyond measure. The warranty is non existent. If you call not only does he argue with you he proceeds with hanging up on you. The conversation is completely one side with him doing all the talking and not allowing you to speak. My washer broke within a few months and only obliged me in picking up my washer after another party got involved only to tell me there was nothing wrong with my washer. The very next week when I went to use it it was still not working. I didn't bother calling again to avoid the horrible service you receive from this company. Please be aware that this company is a scam and save yourself the headache. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I purchased a washer from this company, which only worked for 5 months. When I contacted the owner, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of sending someone to pick up the washer, he asked me to bring it in. After finally sending someone to collect the washer, he claimed it was working fine at his location and accused me of lying. I tried to explain the issues I experienced with the washer at my home, but he refused to listen. The washer was returned to me, and it worked for only 3 days before stopping again. Two technicians inspected the washer and confirmed that the motor and clutch were faulty, which I had initially told the seller. The owner's refusal to fix the washer and his unprofessional behavior have left me with no choice but to purchase a new washer. I strongly advise against buying from this company. The owner is a terrible seller and completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!

Pablo was very helpful in our search for a gas dryer. He explained all the different models. We chose a used Whirlpool that looked like brand new. It was carefully installed the same day with removal of the old dryer. Our house has narrow, steep stairs to the basement. They were careful not to bump the wall or the dryer. After it was installed they used a gas detector that all the joints had no leaks. Excellent. Highly recommend as everyone we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable.
