I cannot remember ever having a customer service call go so smoothly. Clear recommendations and straight shooting. Guy on the phone was able to answer all my questions, had my account info ready, and didn’t need to talk to anyone else to get a resolution. Strongly recommend for any appliance needs in Baltimore and wherever else they service.

I have just had an excellent experience with Town Appliance and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase appliances! I needed a specific refrigerator to be ordered and delivered to a location in DC within 2 days. When I called Town Appliance, the representative who took my call (shoutout to Meir Parry!) took the time to listen to my situation and understand what I was looking for, help me find a fridge to suit my needs, AND facilitate a ridiculously quick delivery turnaround (even following up with me himself to confirm order/delivery details). I don't write a lot of reviews but it's not often you experience customer service like that anymore, so I felt compelled to share.

Our kitchen cooktop, in an island with a granite top, needed a new downdraft installed. The Thermador model it was replacing could not be repaired, and Thermador had not developed an updated version that could be used in its place. Mayeer Schwarzbaum of the Town Appliance store in Owings Mills, MD identified a Broan downdraft model for us and installer Alexander Smith ensured that it would work in the existing space before we placed the order. The work inside our island cabinetry was significant, and Alexander performed all of it for us. We are grateful to have this downdraft system working successfully in our kitchen.

They had the best price, when I called the store the price was actually a little bit lower. Installation was a reasonable price, the install kit was also a reasonable price, both were less expensive than the big boxes. Installation was easy to schedule and was well done, installers were nice, the only thing they didn't do was vacuum up before they left.
