I called Angie's List and they referred this company late October becasue our stove needed repair. The technician was a older man, poor thing couldn't even find the model number of our stove, but my husband did. The technician also took a deposit of $314 and was to fix our BOSCH dishwasher since he had no clue about the stove. He left pur home with a promise to return in 3 business days and we never heard from him again. 3 weeks and many phone calls later we were promised the return of our money minus $100 travel fee from the manager and we're given excuse after excuse as to what was happening with the technician, who they claimed was the only person that worked on stoves! What about the dishwasher, we paid for that repair and I'm so upset with them just taking our money! We will.have to take then to court as they have never given our money back. They are truly unprofessional and the customer service is the worst, if you are looking for quality and professionals, skip these folks. AWFUL!! Sabrina and Tommy
Update: As a business owner myself I am confused as to how you claim to be the owner of this establishment and your response is all you can do is apologize when a customer called multiple times for resolution after your staff came and collected $314 from their home and went missing!! Your office manager told us on 3 separate occasions that he would refund $214 and that never happened. You could have called us, the customers if you cared!! We called for weeks, this is unacceptable and we want our money. Why do you advertise that you can fix appliances when your representative stated he was the ONLY guy to fix stoves????? This is sad and we will see you in court because you will not keep our money!!!
