All the people who came out to the place were great, and the prices were reasonable. But the turnaround on getting an appointment was trash. First they come out for the diagnostic. Then it takes more than a day to get a quote. Then they schedule repair date 2-3 days later. Then it turns out they missed something and it takes another day to get another quote. Then it takes another 2-3 days to get another appointment. Don't call them if you have something you need to fix urgently

When my oven stopped working I immediately contacted Wooten Appliance. Daryl was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the needed part with him so he could fix it on the spot. The whole thing took maybe 45 minutes. The service fee and cost for the part were both reasonable - especially for such quick service. Highly recommended!
