The sales associate Jillian helped us choose which to get by giving us a tour of the products, pointing out the differences, and letting us try the display model. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us recommendations for how often we'd need to swap the filter and bag. Buying was a breeze, the price was a deal, and the customer service was great! We highly recommend North Shore Vacuum for anyone wanting to get a great, long-lasting vacuum.

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They offer superior products and stand behind them. My wife runs that Miele around the house like a rented mule and it never quits! It's survived 2 houses, 2 kids and 4 dogs and keeps begging for more. I've been a customer for 15 years originally shopping in the Lynn store and now Middleton. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!
