I walked into the store and was greeted by Julie. She was very personable and helpful! I was in and out within 5 minutes!! I knew I needed a refrigerator, the size and price and Julie lead me directly to the correct one. The other thing that was awesome was it was delivered the very next day! I’ve made several big box purchases from Tri City Sales and have never been disappointed!

The customer service today, at Tri-City Sales in Salem, was wonderful. We needed to replace our electric dryer before it stopped functioning. Mark Cohen, the Sales Manager, was very courteous, friendly and smiling. Answered all my questions and we were in and out of there in about 20 minutes. So many folks today do not know what great customer service is all about. Mark is very aware of how to treat customers.

We just bought a new washer and dryer. The staff at Tri-City make it worth the visit. They have every option the big box stores have and more. They are competitively priced and treat their customers extremely well. Why go to a big box store when you can get after sales support if needed.
