I called asking about a part for our refrigerator, with a part number. Was transferred to an angry, rude man and was subsequently hung up on “that’s not a part number, click”. I called back, and was told by a woman “we’ve been here for 50 years”… no apology or explanation. Found the part on Amazon for $34, and it will be here by 5pm today. I reached out because I like to shop local. I would not give this place any business; time to hang it up..

Our 4 year old fridge stopped cooling out of nowhere. I am pregnant with our third baby and am due next week. We called on Friday and (of course) it worked for about an hour during which time they came out to look at the fridge. We apologized and felt bad but we thought it was working. They told us to call them on Monday if it didn't work.. When I called first thing, they abruptly told me they were all filled up and just to call someone else. Meanwhile, we have two kids and we have been needing a fridge all weekend and thought they would help us since they told to call on Monday. We weren't trying to be dishonest or rude whatsoever, and I understand they probably thought we were wasting their time. That wasn't the case, but to be rude and spiteful in response is not a professional look. I do not recommend A M Appliance.

Called them out to fix my Bosch dishwasher. Charged me for only the first trip and said if he could fix the pump he would order it and not charge for coming back out the second time to install. Very hard to find trustworthy appliance repair folks who wont oversell you on things to do. Will be the first port of call for any appliance repair

I called Archie about my refrigerator couple of days ago. He asked me about the problem and told me that he was going to save me some money and asked me to unplug it and leave it for 24 hours until the ice melts out, hopefully unclogging the system!! I called him again today. Even though the unplugging worked and it started working, it is not keeping up with the temperature. I also mentioned that even though the whole fridge is out of warranty, the compressor is still under warranty. Then he said, go with the warranty and not waste my money on him!! It is hard to find people like him in this day and age. Next time I have a problem with any of my appliances (knock on wood!), I know who I am going with.
