If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went to Brown's TV to make a purchase. A woman sitting on a stool did not greet me nor did she offer to show me anything. She was rude, dismissive and I left, went to Lowes where I received stellar customer service and made my purchase. It is obvious Brown's TV was not interested in my business. I was a repeat customer at Brown's for 20 years and I am done with them. Very disturbing interaction and service.

Called them for a refrigerator repair and was a terrible experience. Told me false info that it wasn't under warranty and repair man looked and says the compressor is working and the control board is bad. Returns days later with a control board and still doesn't work and now told it's the compressor. Realizing they don't know how to troubleshoot this issue I called the manufacturer and they tell me it's under warranty and will send a licensed technician to fix it. Total waste of time and the service charge.

From sales, to product arrival, to installation, everything has been amazing. We ordered a grill, TV and sound bar, and microwave. Everyone with Browns has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We will definitely be going back for all our future appliance needs! I cannot recommend it enough.
