I had a great experience purchasing a Bosch dishwasher from Percy’s Appliances. The sales process was quick, easy, and very friendly, no pressure, just helpful guidance. The installation service arranged through Percy’s was just as smooth. The team was professional and everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. I absolutely love the new Bosch dishwasher, it runs incredibly quiet and does a fantastic job cleaning. Highly recommend Percy’s for both the purchase and installation!

Well, our dishwasher finally broke down after 25 years of faithful service and seeing how we purchased it at Percy’s that was the only place we were going to go for a new one. Out product specialist was Nick Stasykelis who was very helpful in helping us select a new dishwasher. Hands down, the people at Percy’s know there business and I would definitely recommend to all I know!

We had such an amazing experience at Percy’s in Worcester, specifically working with Scott. Scott was the real deal! He was phenomenal from start to finish!! Extremely knowledgeable and clearly very educated on appliances, refrigerators, features, configurations, and all the technical components that actually matter when making a decision. He took the time to really listen to what we needed, troubleshoot what would work best for our space and lifestyle, and patiently walk us through different options without ever being pushy or salesy. He was very honest, helpful, and genuinely wanted us to find the right fit. He helped us save money while still getting high-end appliances that checked every box for us. Percy’s inventory selection is HUGE, and their outlet section was amazing. We were able to get a top-of-the-line refrigerator at an incredible price, along with a beautiful higher-end dishwasher from the outlet section that was practically brand new! The deals and promos they have going on are worth checking out. Overall 10/10 experience. Outstanding customer service, huge selection, great pricing, and a staff that actually cares. Highly recommend asking for Scott if you visit Percy’s in Worcester!

My husband and I went to Percy's today to purchase a dishwasher. We are not frequent appliance shoppers, however our past experiences at Percy's have always been turn-key and we were hopeful today would be the same. It was. Our salesperson, Jeremy Nork, inspired confidence immediately. He directed us to what he intuited we would want and was not wrong. He was knowledgeable about the product, demonstrated the benefits and explained why it was most likely the best choice for us. He did not attempt to sell us the most expensive model in the line-up. He did not attempt to upsell us on anything. He was direct and not pushy. I trusted him, because he seemed to really know what the machine's advantages are and also indicated that he had first hand experience. My husband and I had done some research on this particular appliance prior entering the store, and Jeremy's perspective and advice aligned with this research. It was also fabulous that he informed us about rebates that we could get and did not go overboard in his attempt to "sell" us. Overall, it was an excellent experience and took less time than I anticipated. When we need another new appliance, and it will most likely be sooner rather than later, we will return to Percy's and specifically look to work with Jeremy Nork again.

Recently was in the market for a new dishwasher and went to Percy's. Was immediately greeted by Jeremy Nork and the experience begun. My wife had her mind set on a Bosch brand dishwasher and was brought back by Jeremy to check them out. He was very clear and informative on the different options and their specifics. We ended up buying the Bosch 500 series dishwasher and are thoroughly impressed. The whole buying experience was excellent and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend at least checking them out if you are in the market for any new appliance. Thankyou -Frankie
