The price was excellent, the service was smooth, and the team went above and beyond to make the whole process easy. They even picked up my old stove for a very reasonable price, which saved me a lot of hassle. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both great value and great service, but Martinez Appliances Store absolutely does. I’ll definitely be coming back for more used appliances in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and affordability.

We purchased the AC from Frank Appliances store. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for our apartment. We returned a few days later. Mr. Martinez happily returned our funds in full without questioning as he kept his promises to us. Thank you Mr. Martinez for your understanding. Fraudulent business practices. Fridge was supposed to be new, we received a used. The fridge was not clean like it had been recently used,there were slashes in the frame and it was Stained on the outside. They tried to put plastic around it to make it look new. Don't do business with these people and save your money and time.
