After 6 months of not being able to get our Oven working for my elderly parents, we called Skip. He was out the very next day, diagnosed the problem within 20-30 minutes, ordered the part and was out to fix it the very next day the part came in. Skip is both professional and courteous. I would recommend him for ANY appliance problems you might have. He certainly is one of the good ones.

We had a problem initially, but Skip came through. We have a house that is 80 years old, and it was difficult to find the problem with our a/c unit initially. We were very frustrated, but Skip (the owner) called me directly and we worked things out. He was honest and more than fair with our resolution. We are forever thankful, and this company will always be our go to. Excellent service and they stood by their work which is hard to find these days! Thank again Skip!!
