Big George's Home Appl Mart

I just took delivery of a GE washer/dryer from Witbeck/Big George's. I had nothing but trouble with Home Depot (2 different damaged deliveries, plus the horrible customer service) and finally came here. Ed was my salesman, he was perfect. I've been through the wringer and he was easy to deal with, not pushy, and delivered exactly what he promised. Along with the excellent communication, I just knew he would do whatever he could to get me appliances. Delivery with Steve and Dave was flawless. They were delightful and efficient. I was ecstatic when they unboxed a perfect washer and dryer. They took the old one away, got the new one going like absolute pro's. Steve gave me a tour of my new machines, ran a test load, and away they went to make someone else's day better! Thanks to the whole team! I will never make the big box store mistake again! Support your local business and spend your money with people who actually care about you and your needs.

We had the delivery of a new GE refrigerator today. The delivery men (Josh and Hunter) did a spectacular job. They had to remove the appliance doors on both the old and new refrigerators in order to fit thru some tight quarters as well as carry it up 17 steps to the main level. No marks on the walls, railing or wood steps because they used protective pads and were very careful. Stainless steel appliance had no scrapes or dents when the installation was complete. Will definitely purchase any new appliances at Big George’s located in Harbor Springs.

First, the salesman that helped me decide on which washer to purchase was so helpful. His name is Patrick Meyer and he’s at the Ann Arbor location. He knows his washers! I really appreciate him finding a way for a quick delivery date. He kept me from having to go to the laundry mat on a holiday weekend. 👏🏻 The Big George’s installers, Andrew (and I’m sorry, I can’t recall the other installers name) were on time, and both very nice and they got the old washer/dryer out quickly. Then they let me clean the floor where the old washer/dryer was located while they started prep to install new ones at the truck (that’s “next level” logistics!) They professionally installed both machines, and cleaned up any water, packaging debris-everything! I didn’t have to do anything! By comparison, we had a dishwasher delivered through Costco, and we had to clean up screws on our floor and big cardboard, with wood in the bottom of the box. They were done in under an hour. They explained what to expect with the first uses. I am impressed. I think Big George’s has stepped up their game. If a problem develops, I’ll come back and let you know how the service-side performed. 👍🏻🙂
