Gabe is fantastic. We did a whole kitchen and mudroom renovation with her washer, drying, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and range......and he was not only so knowledgeable about all the various appliances but super personable and pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond to get things done for us. Yes these are high end appliances and you do get what you pay for but the service was priceless. Thank you Gabe!

When we remodeled our kitchen in 2014, we bought our Wolf dual-fuel stove from AUTCOhome. In 2026, our 26-year old Sub-Zero wine fridge started to fail. Expected repair costs were 60% of a new one. We opted to return to AUTCOhome for a replacement. Shout-out to Gabe at AUTCOhome who researched the dimensions of the old fridge and made sure that the new one would fit in the same spot. He also gave us a printout showing the electrical specifications so that we could make sure that electrical was good. Ordering/installation took about 3 weeks from payment because they might not be in stock (because of price). 3-man delivery crew came day of delivery. They removed the old fridge, attached the stainless steel front panel to the new fridge (many high-end fridges come "panel-ready" to match your kitchen and you need to buy either a wood panel or steel panel to make the fridge look good), brought it in the house, and installed it under the counter w/o mess. We had removed the reds just prior to AUTCO's arrival and stored them in dorm fridges elsewhere. Once the new wine fridge got to 56 degrees F, we loaded all the reds. The other section was set at 46 degrees F for whites and we started loading the 14 bottles of whites. I expected to have some temperature variation because the whites were at room temperature but did not get any variation. 😊 repeat customer.

Autco Appliances had the selection and pricing we needed for all of our kitchen appliances. Gabe Ashkanazi is not only knowledgeable, personable, and likeable, he answered emails (lots of emails) over several months within a few hours each and every time. He solved a few problems that were not his fault very quickly and with complete understanding. In addition, the delivery team was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I cannot recommend Gabe and Autco enough for anyone needing assistance with quality kitchen appliances.

I cannot recommend AUTCO, especially Gabe, enough! We had an amazing experience buying new appliances for our kitchen remodel. From our first walkthrough, through the final delivery and installation, Gabe was an incredible communicator and extremely knowledgeable. We are so excited for our new appliances and will definitely be back to AUTCO for any future needs.
